CMS subdomain to root - got error
 

our team decided to use a simple page for the root page and the forum for a subdomain. Once 4.0 came out, we decided to do the following:

http://forum.domain.com to http://www.domain.com (subdomain to root)

after doing this, everything seems to be screwed up and unorganized. We believed that simply moving the files from the subdomain to the root and changing the paths in the cpanel that everything would work fine... but now its unorganized and on the following link (an example) has errors:

http://www.domain.com/forum.php - Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '&' in /home/localpc/public_html/domain/forum.php on line 407

http://www.domain.com/blog.php -
Warning: require_once(../upload/global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/localpc/public_html/domain/blog.php on line 300

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../upload/global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/localpc/public_html/domain/blog.php on line 300

and the logo link is still going back to the subdomain...

as for the links to articles, there are no problems.
can anyone help with this simple problem?
