CMS After 4.0.2 Apgrade had this problems
 

I have noticed many problems after upgrading.
One serious proble is when I want to add a phot attachment to article I get this in the artcle Attachment 32 and only gets displayed in article full view. it does not appear in article preview.

this only happens to some photos. Very strange !!
