Paid subscriptions manager not saving edits I have vBulletin 3.6.10 Patch Level 3. (No, I can't upgrade.) It's been working for about 2+ years now. There were two subscriptions available, Regular and Special. The Regular was available to anybody, Special was only available to special members. I decided to do away with Special, everybody will be Regular from now on. I tried to change the Special subs to Regular. It didn't work. I gave up and deleted Special. Deleting Special deleted all the members from having any sub at all. I tried to add members manually. That didn't work. So I went into the mySQL database, and updated the subscription column with the correct user ID, start/end dates, and active status. I saved the table. In admincp, I could look up these users, and it showed the correct status, being a Regular subbed member. The subbed members that I added manually can't login. I can go to the Subscription Manager, look up my user, and it shows there fine. If I try to change a date/time and save anything on any member, it doesn't actually save. If I disable the sub, that works. If I try to re-enable it, it does not work. I always get the "saved successfully" return message in vB, but it's not working at all. It's lying to me. What gives? Ideas? |
