Forum Adding new users manually
 

Hi all,

I've set my client's forum to be completely closed, i.e. no-one can register and no-one that isn't already registered can view it. I migrated from a PHPBB forum due to security, hence the need to close everything off.

My question is this: As the administrator adding new users manually, does vBulletin automatically send out an email to the new users address to let them know they've joined and what their password is that the administrator has set?

The reason I ask is that they've been adding new users and their details aren't getting sent out.

Is this correct?
