Moved servers but site is going back to old one
 

Last night moved the database from HG to a VSP host. Everything moved, new forum there. Turned my forum back on and now it keeps showing my forum as "OFF" to members. It was off when we moved but turned it back on after. Its showing everything is changed, pointing to the right host, etc.

What do I need to do?
