CMS Preview Break with html messes up footer
 

I have a cms article that has HTML within it. If I don't put a preview break before the html portions of the article it will mess with the footer.. see attachments. If I place a preview break prior to the html portions the footer works fine.
For the time being I'll put preview breaks in and format articles to handle the issue. Anyway, FYI if anybody is having this issue.
