Forum Database back up has tables but missing data
 

Hello,
I have been struggling to make a backup of my database to transplant my forum to new hosting.
I am seeing that once I reload the DB it has all the right tables, but the data within each table is much less than the original. There is no error messages or stoppage.

I am using phpMyAdmin to import and export.

examples:
ORIGINAL - vb3_post 82.6 MiB
NEW - vb3_post 1.8 MiB

ORIGINAL - vb3_postindex 95.2 MiB
NEW - vb3_postindex 528.1 KiB

ORIGINAL - vb3_attachment 337.3 MiB
NEW - vb3_attachment 6.1 MiB

Any ideas how to get a more accurate backup so there is no data loss?
