Import from WP to CMS

but i want to ask another thing, i have a blog on domain.com/wordpress and i would like to start working on the CMS on the index. Now my index is forward to the /wordpress (silly me 4 years ago) can i work with the index behind the scenes and still forward to /wordpress?
