Suite Upgrade from 3.6.8 to 4.0.1 Fails
 

Hi,

I've upgraded my database from 3.6.8 to 4.0.1 by running the 3.8.4 upgrade and the 4.0.1 upgrade scripts.
They seems to execute just fine.

However, when I try to edit the admin panel I get a screen that says:

and then it returns me to the admin login screen again.

When I try to access the front end, I get a screen that seems to be missing the CCS or something dramatically wrong:
