CMS Inserting Images in New Article
 

Up to this point with my CMS, I as admin have been adding articles. I got to the point where I'm ready to allow my users to add articles too and came upon an issue. Users have permissions to add content, but not publish.

When I as admin write an article, I can use the Insert Image button, allowing me the option to upload from local computer, or to use a URL. When a regular user account tries to do this, they only get the URL option, and can't actually upload or attach an image. Did I miss a permission somewhere?
