Upgraded to 3.8.4 #2 and now "Moderate Users" is broken
 

By broken I mean in 3.8.4 #1 the "Moderate Users" module worked. We set new registrations to be queued and every day we'd go in and take care of the queue. Now nothing goes into queue, it says "No Matches Found." Yet we see the new registrations at other places where it is very time consuming to moderate.

Any ideas?

Anyone else have this problem.

We get about 50-100 regis requests a day and a bunch from spammers and we need help to keep up.
