CMS Renaming content.php to index.php
 

Hello,

I'd like to rename content.php to index.php.
I've made the change via FTP and changed "Site Tab URL" under AdminCP -> Settings -> Content Management but now all of the "Promote to Article" and "Create New Article" buttons still link to content.php. Where else do I need to make the change?
