Suite Upgrade freezes on step 12
 

I'm not sure why, but my upgrade is freezing on step 12 of 13 from 3.8.4 to 4.0 (the suite). Everything went perfectly up until this point. I'm not sure how to proceed. My database is quite large and I can't seem to get it to upload into my back-up database because the server times out on that too. I'm in sort of a ... pickle...

Can anyone help?
