Forum Avatars Will Not Show
 

Hello,
I already used the search for this and found some threads about it. I tried those suggestions and they still will not show. I even downloaded a test avatar from online and tried to upload it to my site. I even adjusted the allowed size of the avatar and still nothing. What is wrong?
