CMS embedding flv (flash) into posts/articles/threads
 

I need to be able to share with members a flv file of a webinar that was recorded for members. Without uploading it to youtube, or similar, can someone point me in the direction of being able to do this? it's a 50mb file and am quite happy to self host this, if it is to be hosted elsewhere it needs to be secure.

Any help or directions to look in out there?
