I have a forum running invision, and I am going to be creating additional forums, I am considering VB, primarily because of the user interface. I have had numerous user on my invision forum that have had a lot of trouble with basic functions such as uploading photos and creating blogs. My personal experience with VB forums is that they are easier to navigate.

Questions:

1. Quote: RE SQL space use "How many attachments and avatars you have stored in your vBulletin database"
Is VB storing attachments and photos in the SQL database? If so, I can see this getting very large very quickly, my host charges per 100 MB of sql space, so a large database is a concern. How / where are the photos in your gallery area stored? They are not stored in SQL are they?

2. Do you still suggest VB SEO or is this no longer suggested with the current version of VB?

3. How well are your photos from your gallery area indexed in the search engines? I've had a Invision forum running, for about a month, and I have yet to be able to get a single image indexed in the search engine. I've tried getting images indexed from the Invision site, with limited success. Having my images get indexed is important to me. Can you please point me towards your gallery area, I am not sure what your photo gallery area looks like.

4. Are there renewal or upgrade fees after 6 or 12 months, and if so, what are these costs?

5. Can I get a demo account for a few weeks where I can upload some photos to a gallery here and made a few blog posts so I can see how quickly they are indexed?

6. What are your support response times via ticket / telephone? Do you connect remotely to my system to help me if I experience problems?
