CMS Multiple enteries of the same in Navbar
 

Ok guys here goes the issue;

I am not too savy with php, SQL and this vbulleton software. If you look at http://www.pakdef.info/forum. On the Navbar there are multiple entries of "Home". How can I remove one? I have looked everywhere in CMS and couldn't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
