CMS How to use layouts
 

Okay, I've used forums on my site before, but I am new to vBulletin. I have created and configured a new rss widget and added it to a layout, but I cannot locate any way to apply that layout to anything. I thought the layouts could be assigned to sections, categories, or maybe artles. How do I make use of these layouts?
