Blog Unable to insert images from local pc in Blog
 

I am unable to insert an image into a blog. When I hit "select" nothing happens. It does not go to the local computer where I can select any image. It is as if the "select" button is dead. Is there a certain setting/permission that controls this.
i tried with my admin account and still does not work.

It is not my computer because it works on my test vbulletin blog. Is there a section or something that controls this? Is there a file i need to re-upload from the package?
