Suite MySQL and Upgrading to VB4 Publishing Suite
 

I currently have VB 3.8.4 (patch 1) installed and I'm trying to get ready to install the full VB4 Publishing Suite.

At the moment, VBulletin is reporting to me that the detected MySQL version is 4.2.1, which I know is not good enough for the Publishing Suite.

I have had my hosting upgraded so it should be MySQL 5.2. They copied over everything to the new server; database, folders, everything.

Does VBulletin automatically detect such MySQL upgrades or do I need to do something to force a recheck of MySQL versions? Do I need to export the old database, create a new one and import the old one into the new one?
