Forum In the middle of upgrade and error with upgrade_400rc3.php
 

I'm in the middle of upgrading my forums from 3.8.4 to 4.0 and I am on this url /install/upgrade_400rc3.php and my screen is blank. What am I missing? Did I forget to install or do something? I can't get back to my forums.

HELP!
