I think that there should be an option in the admincp which enables you to switch between allowing comments on a CMS article or a blog entry (as is currently the case) to creating a thread in the forum for an article or blog entry.

Basically a 'discuss this article' button that creates a thread in a given forum. It could easily be created in a general discussion forum and a mod could move it to somewhere more appropriate if needs be.
