CMS How to make a CMS admin only user
 

I have some one that has offered to help out with putting together the CMS. Trouble with me is I'm not a trusting person. So in light of that mindset, I'd like to let him in to the CMS but nowhere else in the ACP or files.
How would I, if it's possible, make such a CMS admin?
