Problem with greek characters after moving to a new server
 

Hello,

Recently i moved to a new web server.
Since then the greek characters is not showing up correctly. Ii shows ???????? on threads and posts. I run sql query $db->query_write("SET NAMES UTF8");, i tried with latin1 and then the greek shows up correclty in posts, but in threads the ??????? remains. My webhosting said that is a vbulletin problem. What can i do now?
