If I buy vers 4 can i download 3.8
 

A long time VB user, I already own a couple of v4 licences but I am still running 3.8 because I cannot get the required PHP upgrade until my current contract is up with my server supplier at the end of this year.

If I purchase a new V4 licence, will i be able to download and run 3.8 instead for a year or so?
