create homepage before forum index
 

Hi,

I have a forum http://www.domain.com/forum/index.php, I'd like to have a homepage (http://www.domain.com/index.php) with similar format as the forum with latest threads, new threads and other info that I'd like to have on homepage instead on the forum. Is there a hacked or any way to do this? template maybe?
