Forum Need to get this up and running quickly
 

I am brand new to vBulletin and am trying to get 4.0 CMS up and running quickly.

1. How do I change the logo and footer?

2. How can I make the "home" page be the forum instead of HOME? I want to remove all blog and CMS pages for now.
