Way Off-Topic help desk software
 

A while ago I remember reading a post here with a link to some really cool helpdesk software. I forget what exactly it was called and my searches on here,bing, and google do not yield results that match what I saw from memory. Can anyone recommend some really good helpdesk software(paid) and provide a link?
