Blog embed video problem and poll bar problem

FIRST PROBLEM: I have a poll problem. Please look poll bar at:

This poll bar is too long..



SECOND PROBLEM: And one more problem:

I tried to embed a video from Facebook and my parental website adress:


From Facebook, I tried to embed video with two ways:

Result:

Only a link!!!

Google video upload is out of order.


Also; I tried to embed a video from my parental address:

But result is null!!!!



How can I fix these problems?
