Suite New install, but what DB to use?
 

I've been stuck on 3.8.2 for about six months now and my Website, never really got started and currently I've been blocking registrations anyway. So, I thought I'd go ahead and just start fresh with 4.0. This is what I purchased when the deal was offered: vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite @ 130.00 USD .

I am hosting on Host Gator and my question is, since I don't really have anything in the current DB that I need to keep, should I just delete it and do a complete new install. Hoping this is not a stupid question . . . is what I purchased able to be installed as a new install or does it need to see the old version or the existing DB or anything like that and which install instructions do I want to follow, thanks
