Promotion / Demotion of User titles
 

Hello,

In my forums I have set the user title such that :

User Title - Minimum Post
Gold ILite - 1000
Platinum Ilite - 2500

Recently for a particular forum,
I did the below setting:

AdminCP > Forum Manager > Community chit-chat (Forum name) > Count Posts Made in this Forum Towards User Post Counts - NO

and did Update Counters > "Update Post counts"

after which the post counts for the users got reduced excluding the posts done in the Community chit-chat forum. But their User Title did not get corrected.
For example if a user prior to the editing has a post count of 1100 (Gold ILite) of which 200 posts were in community chit-chat forum, his post count got reduced to 900 but his user title is still in Gold Ilite status.
I did "Update User Title" in Update Counters but is not helping me.
Can you tell me how I fix the issue?
