CMS Where is the Grid Manager?
 

After upgrading my dev site several times I've yet to find the Grid Manager or the vBulletin CMS options. Attachment 42682

Here are screen shots of the Admin cp, I see that I have upgraded to vB4.0.1 but the CP shows Latest version available: 3.8.4 Patch Level 2
