CMS How to publish threats inthe CMS?

In the past, I used vbadvanced and every time I published a post on a specific forum, it was showed as part of the portal.

How can I do this on this CMS?

ABout Videos,
I have 3 forums for videos. How can I configure them in an specific page linking that videos to be showed on the cms as an specific section?
