Best practise using the blogs and other community features for ecommerce site in vB4?
 

Hi,

First of all we are commercial e-commerce site selling our own products. We have always had a "forum" - that is now 5 years+. We are going to make the transition from vB3.8 to vB4 soon. With this we want to make the transition from "forum" to "community".

The forum will just roll forwards, however we ant to take advantage of some of the new cool community lef features of vB4. What are the best practises for this? I.e.

• Do we let users post articles? Or keep it to employees only?
• If we let members how to manage this?
• Any other tips \ best practises?
