Need help working some mod tools.
 

I had jus became super moderator on the sight i moderate hosted by VB, However i was under the impression that i could appoint another mod on the board to help me out with highly edited post and spam bots.

It don't seem that i have any extra ability than what i did as regular mod and if there is a way to appoint another mod maybe you guys can give me some direction seeing as how our administrator is extremely busy and hard to reach?
