vB4 subnav button not showing up as expected
 

I added a button to the subnav called Active Topics. It's a drop-down with three options: Newest Posts | ...in the last 24 hours | ...in the last 48 hours. It shows up as expected on all the pages except usercp based pages (User CP, PMs, Subscriptions, My Settings, etc.). This is the code I have for it in the navbar template:

Far as I can tell it should show up like all the others, so why doesn't it? The code is the same as other items on the subnav, soooo.... I'm stuck.
