CMS Is everything else on hold?
 

With the continued push back of the 4.0.2 release to fix RTL issues in IE, is everything else on hold and taking a back seat? I'm waiting on a fix that is supposed to be in 4.0.3 (the ability to run the CMS at index.php and the forums at forums/index.php without redirects). I'm assuming every week slip in 4.0.2 is at least a week slip in 4.0.3, is this correct?
