Forum Forum owners or software?
 

Been a lot of bugs to work through on this new software. Lot of new things to learn as well. But reading through these pages upon pages of questions and complaints it is becoming clear that 80% of the issues are related to the forum owners having no idea what they are doing. Not spending time to learn and screaming for heads to roll. I think a lot of people were thinking they were just going to a new version of the existing software and not preparing for the fact that there was a lot of changes and new features.

I still think it was one of the worst launches of a new product I have ever been involved with, but it is being compounded by the fact that a lot of people (forum owners) have no idea what they are doing.

Just an observation based on what I am reading here.
