CMS How to create a new parent section
 

In the section manager I see only a parent section which in my case is "The Front Page".

If I want to display in my front page only the latest news published on "the front page" section and sub sections but I also want to have a completely different section for, let's say, tutorials and **I don't want to display those tutorials on the front page** how do I do that? I must say that The Front Page section has to be configured to display latest news and not a manual selection of news.

I thought that I could do this by creating a new parent section different from "The Front Page" but I just don't know how to do this and I only see the option to create subsections.
