CMS CMS Article image in home page

There are tools to set the size of the image when you're viewing an article. But I can't set the size of that image on the home page of the CMS. There are always a thumbnail and although it looks nice, some times I want to display the full image or at least a bigger image compared to the actual thumbnail.
