How I can save all current data and transfer to VB
 

Hello,

I may need to switch over to VB after using this software for over 3 years. My question is this:

What do I need to download to save everything from my site?

I want to save users, posts, email, content everything so that I can make a seamless transition to VB if I need to. The other thing is, I do not have FTP access :confused:
