vB4 Adding <div> before BODY
 

<div>Hi guys. I`m trying to re-style my old vbulletin style for a new version. But i`m a little bit confused, can`t find what i want.
As i see:
html {
background: #fff;
}
This will make background white, its ok, but i need to put image right after this layer, it`s header image, & its width 1900 px, so i can`t put it in .

Plz help me ,how to realize this?
