CMS No CMS Options in Admincp
 

I am having trouble finding the CMS options in Admincp. I am using vb 4.0.1. On another thread with a similar problem, the suggestion was to see if it was installed in manage plugins. I went there however I have no option to enable/install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
