"Sorry, This Thread is Closed!" when a specific user tries to upload an attachment...
 

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out what exactly is going on. One of my moderators is unable to upload PDFs, well, any attachments. I have logged in as him and have double-checked it thoroughly. When uploading a file, any file, no matter how large or small, the forum will spit back an error saying "Sorry, This Thread is Closed."

I am at a loss on how to fix this...thanks.
