Forum Tooltip working on search.php but not on forumdisplay.php
 

One of our users pointed out to me that our 4.0.1 forum doesn't display the "tooltip" of the opening words of the first post in the thread when the mouse hovers over it. The preview does appear when the mouse hovers over the same thread title in search.php.

In the two attachments you'll see portions of screen shots in which the mouse points at the thread title from both search.php and forumdisplay.php.

Is there a setting I can't find?
