Forum Missing Top Bar - Vbulletin logo Login Button, etc
 

I upgraded my test forum today to 4 from 3.8.4. I deleted all styles except for the default style. I am missing the bar above the navbar.

This is where the vbulletin logo would be. The Welcome, username Notifications, etc

Any reason this wouldnt be showing up even in the default style?

I installed a fresh copy and they are there. I compared the header templates and this look the same at least at first glance.

Any ideas?
