Ok, so before VB4 I used a second navigation row to direct users to files according to their usergroup.
It used to be in Edit Templates>Navigation/Breadcrumb templates>Navbar

Now, I think it is in Edit Templates>Navigation/Breadcrumb templates>Navbar_links

BUT, while I can see it (as admin I am seeing all links no matter the user level), my users cannot.
