Forum Infractions problems
 

Hi,

I have setup all my infractions - so for an excample I have one infraction (spamming) which gives 3 points does not expire.
Then I setup an automatic ban which is reached by 3 points and should put members into the automaitc ban usergroup when that is reached.

However when I give one of my test accounts an spam infraction it is not moved to the automatic ban option.

Any idea why?
