What are my hosting needs?
 

I have a site here: www.access-programmers.co.uk

Normally have 400-500 concurrent users and getting on for a 200gb bandwidth per month.

What kind of package do you think I need? VPS perhaps? What do you think of its current speed?

It seems that at certain times of the day, it gets dog slow but I am thinking that might be due to other sites on the server. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between the speed and how many concurrent users.
