Roll back Reply to previous behaviour and make info boxes collapsible
 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you revert the default reply behaviour so it works like it does in 3.8.x; i.e. clicking reply takes you to the editor screen (default / advanced - depending on your profile preference.)

And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you make the quick-reply box (and other notification boxes at the bottom) collapsible too?

I don't know who's idea it was to render buttons with double-click actions, but please consider removing this behaviour completely - double-clicking is for desktops, NOT web pages.
